True Outreach provides professional, confidential alcohol and drug assessments for individuals referred by courts, attorneys, probation, employers, or self-referral. Assessments are conducted by qualified staff using state-approved screening tools and follow North Carolina guidelines to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
The assessment process includes a comprehensive review of substance use history, driving behaviors, legal involvement, and personal circumstances. The purpose is to determine the appropriate level of education, treatment, or intervention needed to reduce risk and support responsible decision-making. Assessments are completed in a respectful, non-judgmental environment that encourages honesty and engagement.
Upon completion, participants receive official documentation accepted by courts and the DMV. When appropriate, True Outreach provides referrals to DWI education programs, treatment providers, or additional support services. Our goal is to help individuals meet legal requirements while promoting accountability, safety, and long-term positive outcomes.
True Outreach proudly serves Raleigh, Wake Forest, and surrounding Wake County, Franklin County, Granville County, Vance County and Johnston County communities with timely scheduling and compassionate service.
